Hey guys & gals!

We've had an influx of followers and inquiries since we transitioned from food trailer to restaurant. So I wanted to hop on here and reintroduce myself and give yall a little run down of how we operate and who we are.

My name is Justin Brewer, I own & operate Brewer Hospitality. My mother, Dana, is our GM. She is who most everyone interacts with on a daily basis.

We started our food trailer in October of 22 in FT Worth.

We moved to Whitney last year to expand my brother's farm and were blessed enough to stumble upon our current location at 57 W Franklin.

We are a from scratch restaurant. Meaning we do most everything in house. Wether it be bread, sauces, grinding our spices, pickling veg, etc...
This seems redundant for a restaurant, but you'd be surprised how many eateries rely on instant gravy, frozen burger pucks, canned queso, frozen fries and more....

We focus on raw inventory from Texas first and were always on the lookout for new suppliers!
