Mark your calendars, folks, because this is the last time you’ll get Ferttie’s Barbeque. So, come say goodbye this Saturday October 5th. We’ll have burgers and a few other items, and of course, Kylie’s banana pudding.

Now that I’ve recovered I can get back to our regular scheduled programming. Since I couldn’t open this past weekend I’m adding Wednesday and Thursday this week with 1/2lb smoked burgers and 1/4lb Oklahomas both days. I’ll also have a little bit of pork belly, ribs and Turkey each day.

For Saturday, and for those that have been patiently waiting, brisket pastrami, pastrami on Rye, and our “Rachels” return. I have five, 24 day brined briskets that will get smoked this Friday for service on Saturday. If you missed out on our Rachel’s last time now’s your chance. I’ll also have Brisket on a Biscuit Saturday, I promise this time I swear lol!

Also a reminder that we are now open on Sunday 11am-5pm so y’all can grab your bbq to eat while you watch Football. We also have pre-orders up on our website for Brisket and Pulled Pork.

For this Sunday we’re going to have smoked party wings, 6 for $9, 12 for 18, and I’ll have 40lbs of them. I’ll also have limited quantities of brisket, pulled pork, pork belly and ribs.

Regarding sides, mac & cheese returns along with smoked pinto beans.

Howdy folks! Long post coming so please read! Thursdays unfortunately have not been working out the way we expected, even before the Tuesday Night Market started, and after discussing with my better half we’ve decided we’re going to try throwing Sunday into the mix instead. We both really wanted a day off together as Kylie works Monday through Friday AND helps in the cart when she can, but with Sunday Football season here I think it’s best we give it a shot and see if it works out better than Thursday.

So, what does this mean for y’all? It’s simple, it means BBQ for Sunday Football of course! Some menu changes will come along with this schedule as well, which on that note summer sides are now retired and we’re back to fall/winter sides.

Also I’m finally, and slowly, getting pre-ordering setup on our website. Brisket and Pulled Pork are live on the site now, more items like ribs will be on there soon. Note that pre-ordering is for the following week, e.g. if you order anything this week before this Sunday, pickup will be for the following week.

We can’t thank you enough for all your support everyone, it was a crazy summer and we wouldn’t be here without all of you!! 🙏🏻 🍻

Sorry folks, we’re calling it already, that’s just too hot to open, and even on slightly cooler days no one comes out in this heat anyways.
We’ll be closed this Friday and Saturday 9/6-9/7, back open next Thursday 9/12. Hopefully this is the last heat wave of the summer! Y’all stay cool and jump in a river!

Heads up y’all! I’ve got 8 vacuum sealed and frozen whole briskets up for grabs! Regarding Labor Day weekend, we will be open Friday and Saturday as usual, then closed Sunday-Monday to prep for the last Tuesday Night Market before we switch back to our normal hours of Thursday-Saturday.

Then on Saturday the 14th we are closing early after the Saturday market as it’s our wedding anniversary on the 15th and we’re attending our friend’s end of summer party. This means only limited quantities of Brisket and breakfast Sammie’s, no ribs, pork belly, etc.
