It is with heavy hearts that we share that our beloved coworker and friend, Jose, who has been a cherished part of the Tacorito family for many years, is currently on life support. Jose has always been a kind, hardworking, and dependable member of our team, and his presence has touched so many lives. Sadly, his doctors have shared that there is nothing more they can do.
As Jose's family faces this unimaginable heartbreak, they are also carrying the overwhelming financial burden of medical expenses and honoring his final wishes. Jose always dreamed of returning home to Guatemala, and it was his heartfelt wish that his ashes be reunited with his family and laid to rest in the country he loved.
The funds raised will help cover Jose's medical expenses, cremation costs, and the transportation needed to bring him home to Guatemala. Every donation, no matter the size, will help ease the financial burden on his loved ones and allow them to focus on what matters most—being together during this incredibly difficult time.
