Spinach & Goat Cheese Salad with golden gooseberries, dried cranberries, toasted almonds all bathed in a warm bacon vinaigrette!
Pistachio Encrusted Rack of Lamb with a butternut squash & salsify purée paired with a comforting side of creamed Savoy cabbage!!!
