Brandy Mulled Cider Cocktail - upon arrival

Frisee Salad - Bitter greens with homemade spiced candied pecans, blue cheese, caramelized honey & sherry vinaigrette, crispy duck confit

Elk Sausage Stuffed Portobello - Home made Roasted Sage Butter Elk sausage (sumac, cumin, coriander, parsley, thyme and chives), manchego and panko bread crumbs.

Wild Boar Gnocchi Bolognese - house made potato gnocchi, ground wild board, onions, carrots, celery, Burgundy wine, crushed tomato slow cooked to create a deep rich flavor to compliment pillowy potato gnocchi finished with rosemary, fine herbs and granna padano cheese.

Grilled Venison Tenderloin - Velvety parsnip, bosc pear puree, buttered haricot verts and a tart cherry gastric. The perfect Fall Hunter’s dish.

Marsala Zabaglione with fresh berries - sweet marsala wine custard with black berries and blue berries macerated in red wine finished with house whipped cream.

Despite the winter closure of regular service, stay tuned for pop up kitchens & monthly supper club events by Chef Steve and Chef Patrick. Chef Patrick was one of the first to work with us way back in the old days of 2023 when Bay Ave was a dirt road.
