TODAY IS THE DAY! 🎉🐮🍦☕

It’s officially Grand Opening Day at The Highland Cow and we couldn’t be more excited to welcome our community from 2PM–9PM today!

Our new sign is officially up on the building, the shop is ready, and we are beyond grateful for all of the support, encouragement, and excitement leading up to today. Seeing The Highland Cow finally come to life has been such a special moment for us.

Come celebrate with us, grab a coffee or ice cream, meet Poppy & Daisy the Highland cows, and help us kick off this exciting new chapter together!

And yes… we know the weather isn’t perfect, but neither is Michigan and we still love it here. 😂🌧️

These adorable Highland cows will be on site for photos, smiles, and lots of fun throughout the day. And honestly… with the cold and rain in the forecast, the Highland cows may feel more comfortable than the rest of us. 😅🌧

So grab a jacket, warm up with coffee, treat yourself to some ice cream anyway (because Michigan people are built different 💪🍦), and come celebrate with us!
