Oh, the places you’ll go ✨

To be apart of your lives at such pivotal moments has been amazing. Watching you all grow into the adults you’re becoming and work hard to maintain school, work, and life balance is inspiring. We wish you all success in the next chapter of your lives and are happy The Ridge has been a part of yours. Cheers to our 2026 graduates, we are so proud of you! ♥️

Marlie • our hostess turned busser/runner graduated from Marlboro High School as Salutatorian with a seal of biliteracy. She’ll be attending Binghamton University in the fall as a biology major and a Spanish minor on a pre-med track.

Katie • our busser/runner graduated from New Paltz High School will be attending Salisbury University majoring in communications.

Landyn • our busser/runner graduated from Wallkill Senior High School from the Ulster BOCES HVAC Program with a Technical Endorsement. He earned his OSHA 10, OSHA 30, and two scholarships! His plan is to continue working here at The Ridge and his HVAC job so he cab grow new skills and help the people who have helped him through the challenges of growing up.

Mark • our busser/runner graduated from New Paltz High School with the seal of civic readiness. He will be attending SUNY Cortland for 3 years majoring in exercise science followed by another 3 years at SUNY Upstate Medical School for physical therapy, which he has already been accepted to.

We’re beyond proud of all of you and can’t wait to see all the things you’ll go on to do. Congratulations!

In collaboration with our neighbor Apple Greens Golf Course, play 9-holes and then join us for dinner and drinks at The Ridge by Mill House for our first Nine + Dine. A shotgun start at 1pm at Apple Greens Golf Course followed by a buffet dinner starting around 3pm at The Ridge, just 1.5 miles down the road. Individual and group tickets available; includes cart and nine holes at Apple Greens, as well as dinner at The Ridge.

Join us for our Summer Harvest Dinner. An intimate and curated evening, immerse yourself in a seasonally inspired four-course vegetarian menu presented by one of our chefs, Matt Smith. Our past Harvest Dinners were such a hit and sold out very quickly. A table full of strangers becoming friends over great food and good conversation. Whether you come just for the food or want to enjoy an expertly paired wine pairing for each course, we have both tickets available however they are extremely limited. Enjoy this fully crafted menu that brings the culmination of the summer season to your plate; bright, light, and flavorful, and get to know Matt, his love for food, and passion for cooking.

We know a lot of you, including some of us, experienced the devastating storm last night. Since we now have power back and no damage, we’re open until 8pm to be a safe haven for you. We’re excited to share that Live Music on the Lawn Fridays are officially returning, starting this Friday, July 3rd!

From the very beginning, these evenings have been about so much more than live music. They’ve been about neighbors catching up after a long week, families spreading out on the lawn, friends sharing dinner and drinks, and creating the kind of welcoming, small-town atmosphere that makes our community so special. When we had to hit pause, your messages, encouragement, and support meant more to us than you know. We’re grateful for the patience you’ve shown while we worked through the process of bringing these nights back the right way.

We’d like to take this opportunity to state publicly that we met with our neighbors and both shared our goals and worries, talked through how to move forward while keeping everyone happy, and came to an agreement that allows us to continue while allowing them to enjoy their evenings. As always, we’ll continue doing what we’ve always set out to do: support talented local musicians, provide a family-friendly evening for the community, and be respectful of our neighbors.

So grab your lawn chairs or a seat on the deck as you enjoy dinner, bring your friends and family, enjoy a great meal, raise a glass, and help us celebrate the return of one of our favorite events here at The Ridge.

Here’s to local music, local businesses, and the community that makes it all worthwhile. We’ll see you on the lawn this Friday, July 3rd!
