Out of 73 award winning pizza places across Florida, Prohibition Pizza has been named BEST OF FLORIDA 2026!

And this one hits a little different…

THREE YEARS IN A ROW.🏆🏆🏆

Three years. Three times. Still a little hard to believe.

We’re incredibly proud to be recognized alongside so many amazing pizzerias across our state, we were up against some pretty big names!! But we are even more grateful for the people who keep showing up, ordering the pizza, telling their friends, leaving reviews, and cheering us on.

From our little spot in High Springs to Best of Florida for the THIRD consecutive year…

💫Hatch chiles have a legendary following for a reason. Grown in the Hatch Valley they have a unique earthy, slightly sweet flavor that becomes absolutely incredible when roasted 🔥 And since Hatch season is short, we couldn’t resist getting our hands on a crate while we still could.

So naturally… we made a pizza. 😉

It’s the tail end of Hatch Chile season, and somehow 25 pounds of fresh Hatch chiles from Hatch, New Mexico are making their way to Prohibition Pizza.

If you know Hatch chiles, YOU KNOW.

Grown in the legendary Hatch Valley, these chiles have been part of New Mexico’s agricultural tradition for generations. They’re prized for a flavor that goes way beyond heat; earthy, grassy, slightly fruity, and absolutely incredible when roasted. 🔥🤤

Hatch chile season is short, which is exactly why we couldn’t resist getting our hands on some while we still could.

What are we going to do with them?
