Every Building Has a Story

Today, many of us know this building as Watershed Restaurant & Bar — a place to gather with friends, celebrate special occasions, enjoy great food, and create new memories.

But long before it became Watershed, this building had other chapters in its story.

Do you remember what businesses were here before?

Does anyone know when this building was originally built?

What are your favorite memories of this corner of High Springs?

One of the things that makes High Springs special is that our buildings aren't just structures. They're part of our shared story.

Some have stood for generations. Some have changed with the times. Some have been restored, reimagined, and given new life.

Behind every historic building is a story of people who invested in High Springs and believed in its future.

We'd love to hear what you remember.
