Mandalay Asian Fusion Restaurant Full Kee Restaurant first opened its doors in 2005. It was a quiet business only run by Chef George Yu and his family.

George was known throughout DC for his time in the early 1980s-1990s and his jewel "The Blue Diamond Restaurant". He, his wife Sherry, and their two children moved to High Point and started up a small dining and carry-out business. Since then, Full Kee Restaurant has doubled in size, and has been remodeled into a cozy little venue with a gorgeous bar and beautiful decor. Bright red tables with traditional good fortune inscriptions line the walls and present a humble atmosphere. It's a place where you can see your friends and have a nice meal with a tasty cocktail. You may also reserve a round table to discuss business or celebrate a life event!
