CHICKEN WINGS? Nope! Ginger battered Maitake (Hen of the Woods) Mushrooms! 😍🍄‍🟫

These bad boys are fried golden brown in a ginger-turmeric tempura batter and topped with shredded Manchego, and served honey-Thai Chili aioli. They’re perfect for our health-conscious friends (they’re high in vitamins!), but still taste like chicken 😉

August came and went faster than we could’ve ever imagined. We celebrated birthdays, anniversaries, new unions, new additions to the family, and more — and we couldn’t have done it without you 🩷

We’re kicking off the John Coltrane Jazz Festival with live music from Isaiah Samir on Friday, September 4th from 4:00pm to 9:00pm! 🎷🎸

For a little extra added flair, Laura Johnson of Elephant’s Corner and our team are pairing some lovely South African wines with three mini Brie toasts from 5:00pm to 7:00pm for $23 per person. We’re so excited to have some fun with you all! 🍽️🍾🍷

The video audio is essentially the sound of the entire staff when we first tried this week’s entree special — crawfish étouffée poutine! 😮‍💨

Chef Mike really went all out for this one — featuring fresh crawfish, a housemade étouffée, sidewinder fries, and fresh mozzarella cheese curds, it’s warmth and comfort in a bowl 😍
