We will be CLOSED today, Monday, July 13th to get our bagel display built and set up! We moved some things in yesterday to help us better serve our customers!

Flavored cream cheese and new Cinnamon Roll flavors starting this week!

Finalized hours will be posted this week also. We’ve been able to feel out two weeks now to see what will work best for our business!

A HUGE thank you to all of you who have supported us during our soft opening weeks!

Unfortunately we will be closed today due to family illness. We should reopen tomorrow!

New items coming this week to our menu!

An update on our hours…we will be open 6:00 am-2:00 pm Monday-Thursday. Open all day on Friday and Saturdays. Closed on Sunday.

As we transition to doing sandwiches in another month or so, we may increase the weekday hours. Our business drastically drops off after 2:00 during the weekdays.

We will open at 8:00 am today due to our commercial mixer breaking early Saturday morning. Please work with us as we try to get it fixed today. The small mixer just couldn’t do it fast enough. If we get bagels ready before 8:00 we will open the doors.

📣Alert: We are Open tomorrow Saturday July 4th! We will be under a Heat Advisory Warning from the National Weather Service by Noon, if management feels that it is necessary we will close at 12pm. Stay Hydrated with BShaws lemonade, of course, bring water or use the water bottle fill station at the public works building in our foot print.

I know it’s a little early, but I hope everyone has a safe and Happy 4th of July this weekend! I wanted to share updated hours for this week.

We will close at 2:00 pm on Friday and Saturday this week only to enjoy some time with our family for the holiday weekend.

We have finally made the request for our walkthrough with environmental health! One step closer to sandwiches!!!

We will be at Newton Farmer’s Market this week and yes…we will be at the Hickory Farmer’s Market Saturday and more prepared!

Sheww!!! Today has been a mess! Thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth at The Hickory Farmer’s Market or visited the shop!

It was more than we could handle today but we are going to reset and restart Monday.

We will probably close the shop early since we are all out of bagels and baked goods. Y’all showed up for us today! We will make sure we are better prepared for Monday!
