We heard you during Queen’s Feast: you missed the scallops. So, we brought them back. 🤍

And we think you’re going to be very happy about this one.

Seared scallop over charred leek purée and corn coulis, finished with shell oil. Simple, beautiful, and SO good.

And because apparently one scallop dish wasn’t enough, you’ll find them on our new seafood risotto, too.
