If you are not a frequenter of our page, or if you haven't been to a market recently, I wanted to highlight the markets that we put a ton of effort into!
🥒On Thursday's the Newton Farmers Market meets in downtown from 4-7pm. Meats, veggies, drinks, breads, eggrolls, peaches, berries, flowers, you name it - they have it!
🫑 Saturdays the Conover Farmer's Market meets in downtown Conover from 8am-12pm! Same deal - tons of selections and a wide range of vendors; even food trucks, coffee and music!
🥕 If you believe farmers are important to our local communities and have better products than big-box stores - you need to become a regular at a local market. You can even rotate markets if you want to support the wider community.🥕
🔥EBT, double-bucks, senior produce voucher programs, community enrichment and education - these are all things that Farmers Markets strive to include so a wider part of the community has access to fresh, quality produce from hard-working locals.🔥
💸Often-times produce is only 2-4 bucks a pound; all of the goods at market are high quality and produced mere miles from where you live. Let's get these farmers and vendors sold out! 💸
