Tomorrow is the day! ☕ OnPoint Coffee Roasters is officially soft opening our new Burley location Thursday, October 1!

For years, we’ve been roasting specialty coffee right here in Mini-Cassia, and now we finally have a place where you can come experience it with us. Stop in for locally roasted specialty coffee, relax in our new dine-in space, and grab a panini or something else to enjoy while you’re here.

This is a SOFT opening, which means we’re still putting some finishing touches on things and giving our new team a chance to get into the rhythm. We appreciate your patience as we learn, adjust, and get everything dialed in!

One important note: our drive-thru will NOT be open yet. We’re still waiting on our menu boards, but we’ll let you know as soon as it’s ready. For now, come inside, grab a seat, and check out the new space!

Opening Hours:
Monday–Friday: 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM–3:00 PM
Sunday: Closed

📍 220 W 11th Street, Suite 101, Burley

Many of you have heard that our roastery suffered a devastating fire. While the building that housed our roasting operation was lost, we're incredibly grateful that no one was injured.

The past several days have been filled with difficult conversations, countless phone calls, and more encouragement than we ever imagined. Through it all, one thing has become abundantly clear—community is everything.

To our neighbors, friends, customers, and the Mini-Cassia community: thank you. Thank you for your prayers, your messages, your phone calls, and your willingness to help. Your kindness has carried us through some very difficult days.

We also want to recognize something that makes the specialty coffee industry so special. While coffee companies may appear to be competitors, we're also a close-knit community that believes in helping one another. Within hours of the fire, fellow coffee professionals were reaching out with offers of equipment, advice, and support.

Because of one incredible roasting partner who stepped in to help, we'll continue supplying the same fresh, specialty coffee you've come to expect from OnPoint Coffee Roasters while we rebuild. This partnership allows us to continue serving our wholesale accounts, our online customers, and—soon—our coffee shop guests without compromising the quality and standards that define who we are.

Our knowledge, our sourcing, our roasting philosophy, our quality standards, and our passion for exceptional coffee haven't changed. This is simply a temporary chapter in our story. If anything, this experience has strengthened our resolve.

We're rebuilding our roastery.
We're moving full speed ahead with our coffee shop.

And we're more committed than ever to bringing Southern Idaho an exceptional specialty coffee experience.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for standing with us. We can't wait to share what's next.

NOW HIRING...BUT FIRST, LET'S GET TO KNOW EACH OTHER.
We're getting closer to opening OnPoint Coffee Roasters Coffee House in downtown Burley, and before we begin interviews, we'd like to invite anyone interested in working with us to an Introduction Meeting.

This isn't an interview.
It's an opportunity for you to learn who we are, why we started OnPoint Coffee Roasters, and the vision behind what we're building. We're looking for people who enjoy serving others, love learning, work well as a team, and want to be part of building something special for our community.

If, after the meeting, you feel like our vision aligns with yours, we'll invite you to schedule an individual interview.
Whether you have years of coffee experience or have never pulled an espresso shot, we'd love to meet people who are excited to learn.

📍 Location: OnPoint Coffee Roasters Coffee House, 220 S 11th St, Downtown Burley
📅 Date: Wednesday August 12th
🕕 Time: 6:15 PM

We're not just hiring employees—we're building the founding team that will define the OnPoint experience for years to come.
