This was 1967/8 NME Poll Winners concert backstage. The Rolling Stones made a surprise appearance and we heard ‘Jumpin' Jack Flash’ live before it was released. Rest in peace.

I'll never forget Brian Jones and that white teardrop Vox guitar...I was in 6th grade. Made me wanna play guitar! Very kool pic of two amazing guitarists! Happy Birthday Brian.

Alvin Lee very nice guy great musician thanks for the memories

I was in shock when I learned of his passing because Alvin was invincible and in any case he was due to perform with Johnny Winter in Paris the following month. I already had the tickets and knew how enthusiastic Alvin was about the forthcoming gig from a recent interview with him.
