Do you wanna build a snowman?

A little Disney magic for an 8th birthday! This Frozen ice skating party cookie set was all about Elsa, with the prettiest shades of purple and turquoise, delicate snowflakes, ice skates, and a little frosty magic sprinkled throughout.

I love when birthday girls have a vision for their cookies, and getting to bring her favorite colors and character to life made this set extra fun to create!

Happy 8th Birthday to this sweet girl! I hope your day was filled with magic, laughter, and a little Frozen fun!

Cookies with a purpose!

I had the sweetest opportunity to make these custom cookies featuring the **News Literacy Project** logo for their inaugural National News Literacy Conference happening right here in Salt Lake City this weekend!

If you’re not familiar with the News Literacy Project, they’re a nonpartisan education nonprofit working with educators and schools to help students develop the skills they need to navigate today’s information-filled world. Their goal is to help students recognize credible information, spot misinformation, evaluate sources, think critically, and make informed decisions for themselves.

As someone who works in education, I love what this organization is doing. Teaching students how to think critically about information is such an important skill, especially in a world where information is coming at us from every direction.

And of course, no conference is complete without a little something sweet!

I hope these cookies add a little sweetness to a weekend dedicated to helping educators empower the next generation of thoughtful, informed consumers of information. ❤️

Spooky season is here, and Christmas is right around the corner. I was craving some gingerbread, but wanted a Halloween vibe. These hit the spot! Remember to get your holiday goodies ordered early as my calendar fills quickly!

What are your favorite holiday cookies?

READY, SET, CRUSH!

This monster truck cake was made for the cutest little 3-year-old who was ready to celebrate BIG!

A classic vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream, dressed up with all the monster truck fun—because turning THREE deserves some serious horsepower!

Happy 3rd Birthday!

Some cakes just feel a little more special to make.

This one was for a dear friend, so I wanted to create something that felt just as special and unique as she is. Her husband requested something floral, and I knew I wanted to give it a little vintage charm, so I went with a soft, romantic, *Lambeth-inspired* floral design.

And underneath all those pretty vintage piped flowers? **Carrot cake!**

I love getting to make cakes for the people I love. There’s just something extra meaningful about creating a little bit of sweetness for someone who means so much to you.

Happy birthday to a very special friend! I hope your day was as beautiful and sweet as this cake.

TO INFINITY AND BEYOND!

This Buzz Lightyear cake was ready to blast off for a very special birthday!

And did you know that a two-tier cake can have **TWO different flavors?!*

Bottom tier: Cookies & Cream
Top tier: Funfetti

So you don’t have to choose just one favorite! Each tier can be its own delicious adventure.

I loved bringing this Buzz Lightyear cake to life with all the fun details! I'm pretty sure Buzz would approve.

PAW-some birthday vibes!

This funfetti cake was ready to roll out for a very special Paw Patrol fan!

Because when there’s a birthday to celebrate, no job is too big and no pup is too small!

Funfetti cake + sweet details + a whole lot of birthday fun = one happy celebration!

Happy Birthday to this little pup!

There’s something so special about adding the flowers to a wedding cake fresh at set up.

I love getting the florals from the wedding florist and placing them on the cake myself. It makes sure the flowers are fresh, the placement is just right, and the cake ties in beautifully with all the other wedding flowers.

And if the florist didn't leave me flowers, I don't panic! 😂 I can usually do a little floral *scrounging* from other arrangements and make it work.

That’s exactly what I had to do for this wedding, and honestly it worked out just fine!

It’s those little finishing touches that make a wedding cake feel like it truly belongs at *your* wedding.
