Here at Schiano’s Ice Cream & More, we would like to take a moment to sincerely thank everyone who has supported us throughout the years. ❤️
We have had the privilege of meeting so many amazing people. Some have become lifelong friends, while others have moved on or sadly left us in one way or another. Each and every person who has walked through our doors has been a part of our journey, and for that, we are truly grateful.
With that being said, we have made the very difficult decision that this year will be our last year at Schiano’s Ice Cream & More.
This decision is largely based on our owner’s active-duty military orders and the challenges of balancing military life, family, and running a restaurant. It has become increasingly difficult to manage everything and still give the restaurant, our customers, and our family the time and attention they deserve.
We have also struggled with having the proper staff needed to continue providing the great service our customers deserve. As much as we would love to continue, we have come to realize that sometimes you have to make difficult decisions for the well-being of your family and your future.
My family and I have been running Schiano’s since September 2014, and looking back, we can honestly say that we are incredibly grateful for all of the wonderful, loyal, and truly heartfelt customers who have supported us through the years. There are simply no words to express how much that means to us.
We kindly ask that please keep any negative comments away from this post. No one truly knows the battles that small-business owners face behind closed doors these days. The sacrifices, the stress, the personal struggles, and everything it takes to keep a business going. We are extremely thankful and blessed that we have a backup and that we are able to make this decision based on what is best for our family.
Lastly, if you have any gift cards or credits with us, please make sure to use them before the end of September! Our last day has been confirmed to be September 27, 2026 our doors will close.
From the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU for every visit, every order, every kind word, every friendship, and every bit of support you have given our family. We will forever be grateful for the memories and for everyone who has been a part of our journey.
