Opening this space is special, makes me reflect on an Italian Family, who immigrated here in the approx 1907 and truly built the ‘American Dream’.

They were truly a small business, built over decades, piece by piece. No corporate backing, every brick, bill, and meatball was paid for by their own labor..

2 Italian Immigrants, 6 kids, and a decent size home, built an Italian American Restaurant serving for 86 years. It started with my Great Grandmother’s (GiGi) Meatball Sandwich..

Here’s a small time capsule of decades in the Restaurant business.
Thanks to my cousin Terri for sending these 💚🤍❤️
