Every single day, our team hand picks basil right here in the restaurant to make sure every pizza, pasta, and specialty dish gets the freshest ingredients possible.

Most people never see the hours of prep that happen before we open. The dough being stretched, the sauces being made, the bread proofing, and yes… tubs full of fresh basil being carefully picked by hand.

It's not always the easy way. But we believe the little things matter.
