If your grandma made chocolate chess pie, this one’s about to hit you right in the childhood. 🤎

We took my grandmother’s rich, fudgy chocolate chess pie and baked it right into the center of our decadent chocolate cheesecake. Then we piled on a chocolate cookie crust and a silky chocolate ganache because “too much chocolate” has never been part of our vocabulary.

Comfort food.

Some songs don’t just play… they take you home.

This one instantly reminds me of being at my granny’s house, sneaking spoonfuls of Breyer’s Neapolitan ice cream straight from the strawberry side of the carton before anyone noticed. ❤️

This cheesecake tastes just like those memories… except now I can’t pick a favorite. The strawberry, vanilla, and chocolate all deserve their moment.

Funny how the sweetest things in life aren’t just the flavors… they’re the memories attached to them.

I said it earlier and I still can’t explain it… but this cheesecake tastes like summer days with my Granny when I was a kid. 🍓☀️

She didn’t make this cheesecake. There’s no secret family recipe. It just feels like something I remember.

Our original cheesecake base with strawberry compote swirled throughout… topped with even more strawberry compote, strawberry sauce AND vanilla sauce, all on our OG graham cracker crust.

It’s creamy and bright and sweet and just a little messy in the very best way. The kind of dessert that somehow tastes like long summer days, bare feet, and being loved real good. ❤️

And y’all… when that strawberry and vanilla sauce hit that cheesecake? 😮‍💨🍓

You know how we do things around here...

We looked at a classic Red Velvet cheesecake and thought, “It’s missing something.”

So we baked an actual layer of rich red velvet cake right into the middle of the cheesecake. Because if you’re going to commit to red velvet... commit all the way.

Then we piled on our homemade Italian cream cheese icing, sprinkled mini chocolate chips over the top, finished it with a decadent chocolate drizzle, and set the whole thing on a chocolate cookie crust.

Every bite has creamy cheesecake, moist cake, a little crunch, and just enough chocolate to make you wonder why anyone makes it any other way.

If Red Velvet is your thing, this one’s calling your name.
