If a bagel con cream cheese is your love language… you need to meet its Mexican cousin. 👀🇲🇽

Our bolillo is baked until golden and perfectly crusty, then stuffed with rich, silky cream cheese + jalapeños that get all warm, melty and delicious inside.

Crunchy bread → creamy center → little jalapeño kick. 🌶️🥖

And please… pair it with a cafecito. ☕️ Because that first sip with that warm, spicy, creamy bite? That’s the full experience. 🤌

Basically, bagel con cream cheese… pero con mucho más sabor y cero intención de compartir. 😂

San Pedro, you really said “come on in, we saved you a spot.” 🥹☕️

We had the best time popping up with our coffee cart at Chachi’s | LA Sandwich Shop Slamwich, and honestly… it felt a little nostalgic.

Before the 2-year-long, character-building, sleep-depriving, absolutely dreadful journey of building a coffee shop 😂☕️🏗️ — we were just out here pushing a little coffee cart, making drinks, meeting people, and dreaming about what Minerva could become.

Fast forward through permits, construction dust, questionable life choices and approximately 847 “ARE WE EVER GOING TO OPEN?” moments… and here we are. 😂

Getting to bring the cart back out felt like a full-circle moment — and doing it in San Pedro made it even sweeter.

Thank you, San Pedro, for welcoming us, drinking our cafecitos, hyping us up, and making us feel right at home. 🫶🏽

From a little coffee cart to a whole damn coffee shop.
And somehow… we’re still having fun. 😂☕️✨

Around here every syrup is made from scratch, in-house, con ingredientes reales y un chingo de cariño.

It takes more time. More testing. More stirring. More tasting. But that’s exactly the point.

Every latte, every matcha, every cold brew starts with something we made ourselves.

Así que sí… your coffee is that good. ☕✨

If your AC ain’t hitting… our iced drinks will. 😂☀️

This summer, it’s been La Minerva Lattes on repeat, Warrior Cold Brews keeping everybody alive, Matcha Mi Amor making people cheat on coffee, and enough cold foam to make life a little better. 😮‍💨☕🤎

The neighborhood dogs have also figured us out… they pull up like, “Aight… where my pup cup at?” 🐶😂

Pull up solo, bring your crew, your mom, your coworker, your beach buddy… shoot, even your suegra. Everybody’s welcome.

No pressure… but don’t blame us when “I’m just grabbing a coffee” turns into hanging out for an hour.
