It’s finally time for all to meet chef Josh.

SoCal native, everyday he’s beaming with sunshine! His smiles and laughs are the best, I’m sure the neighbors have heard him over in the patio. He is a gentleman and is always there to pull the chair for you. He is flawless on the floor(well, now he is😉) and we are so stoked to have him on the line soon. Chef Josh has taken us around the world with his family meal(which has been excellent every time ) and we think he is running out of ideas 😉

We love and appreciate this man!

Based on warm flavors of Char Siu.

Bavette of wagyu, beetroot, heart of palm with funky black radish and potato chips. And of course the super secret dressing!😅

This is chef Robert.

His heart is made of gold and he will always uplift you if you’re down! He always makes sure our ship sails well and nobody is overboard ☺️
He eats, breathes and lives VinFolk, but we don’t know if candy can be ever not his Number One!

Rob also has been caught in possession of the Tools FORALL in the shed. Usually it just costs him a fine.

His dream?… to teach.

Chef AJ. From skateboards to cutting boards!

Every day he comes with many smiles, but also is a very serious man. Was the fastest dishwasher in his prime.

Whenever he gets very busy we can hear him humming to himself. He says it’s because of his favorite band HUM. We think it’s related!

His poems are yet to be heard, but we sure did hear him sing. Once. Or twice!
