Missouri trout has always been important to our family, from multi-generational fishing trips down in southern Missouri’s waterways to evenings spent enjoying grilled and smoked filets. That’s why we are proud to offer locally sourced Missouri rainbow trout as a delicious entree at the Vintage 1847 Restaurant. And, it’s always fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared by Chef Lance. We hope you come in and enjoy one of our many locally sourced offerings soon!
