Waterfront grilles new phone number for the next 30 days 1-315-985-1717.

Verizon apparently has no clue what they’re doing, purchased mobile phones through them and was told they can forward all calls to the new mobile phones, only to be then told sorry we can’t forward them to mobile lines it takes 30 days to do that! Way to help a business out!! No working phone lines for over a week, have us spend money on new mobile lines and now this, I’m sorry but for now the above number is the only way to reach us.

We are considering holding a Clam Bake again if we get enough interest in it. So here’s the date we are looking at, if you would come please let us know by the first week of August! If we have enough that confirm they can come, we will have one, if not enough interest, then we won’t hold one. So spread the word and we will see where it brings us! Thank you!

Our phone is currently down and Verizon is trying to figure out the issue, so if you try calling you will get a busy signal.
While I’m always saying to make reservations, it’s rather impossible to do so at this time. It is Prime rib night, hope to see you tonight! Have a great weekend!

It’s that time of year again, business is getting busy with large groups and tour groups scheduling the boating excursion on the Erie Canal, so please call ahead and make reservations. Without a reservation, wait times can be upwards to 25-30 minutes or more, so if you don’t make a reservation ahead of time, please don’t take it out on our hostesses when you’re told there is a wait. Thank you!

Sorry for à late notification, however we will be closed to the public for lunch on Friday April 17th for a funeral luncheon for a local fallen firefighter who”s loss is felt throughout the county. As our thoughts are with the family, please pray for not just her family, but also her work family, as they are enduring such a huge loss of someone who greatly impacted everyone she met along her life’s journey!
