We have several positions available for experienced food servers!

We’re a busy, fast-paced diner and we’re looking for experienced servers who can jump in, keep up, and most importantly, enjoy working with people!

⏰ All shifts available — 6:00 AM–2:00 PM
⭐ Extra emphasis on weekends & holidays

We’re looking for someone who is:

❤️ Friendly & easy to get along with
🤝 A true team player
💪 Dependable and able to keep up in a fast-paced environment
📱 Comfortable using POS systems & handheld devices
🧠 Teachable and willing to learn our way of doing things

We can offer some flexibility with scheduling for the right person.

We ❤️ love when our customers let us know sincerely how we’re doing but you must admit this review is pretty special! Our kitchen just loved it. I’d say he pays attention and actually gave us 5 stars. ✅ Great job to his mom and dad for raising such a thoughtful son. 👋

☀️ Where has the summer gone?

If you've wondered why we haven't been posting as much lately... it's because you've been keeping us BUSY! ❤️

Summer in the Mohawk Valley and Adirondacks is always a whirlwind. Between our wonderful local customers, families on vacation, road trippers, and folks passing through Herkimer, we've been doing what we love most—serving great food and seeing familiar (and new!) faces every day.

To everyone who has stopped in this summer...

Whether you've been coming to Crazy Otto's for decades or just discovered us on your travels, you've become part of our story. We truly appreciate every breakfast shared, every cup of coffee poured, every laugh around the counter, and every family gathering in our booths.
