Well… we talked her into working a little longer. 😅

Against all odds, our specialty machine has decided to punch the time clock for one more shift. We can’t promise how long this miracle will last, but for now she’s back in action! 🤞

Think of it as putting duct tape on a 40-year-old race car and somehow winning another lap.

This old girl is definitely living on borrowed time, so we’ll enjoy every day she gives us while we continue searching for a permanent solution.

🚨 Machine Update (Don’t Panic!) 🚨

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden retirement of our “senior employee”… our specialty soft serve machine. After years of faithful service (many of them before we even owned Scooped), it has decided to clock out without giving a two-week notice. 😒🍦

The good news? We are STILL serving soft serve! 🙌

Last year we invested in a brand-new machine, so Vanilla, Chocolate, and Twist are all still available just like normal. The only thing we’re missing—for now—are our rotating specialty flavors.

We’ve got calls out and are on the hunt for the replacement part needed to bring our old machine back to life. We’re hopeful this is just a temporary setback and that our weekly specialty flavors will return soon.

In the meantime, don’t forget we still have:
🍦 Classic vanilla, chocolate & twist custard
🍨 A great selection of hard ice cream
🍒 All of your favorite sundaes, flurries, shakes, and more!

Thank you for your patience while we try to convince our elderly machine that retirement isn’t all it’s cracked up to be. We’ll keep everyone posted as soon as we have an update!
