We will be putting out baked goods at Renewed and Rescued Wednesday Thursday and Friday this week but we leave Saturday to head down to our daughters in NC for a week for a family vacation. We will not be set up at The Food Truck Frenzy this week. We hope you stop into Renewed and Rescued to grab some goodies! We will be back to put out at the food truck frenzy in a few weeks!

Let us introduce ourself! The Happy Baker 🧑‍🍳 we are cottage bakers with a home processing license to make baked goods in our home and sell them. We currently sell at Renewed and Rescued and we also set up at the Ilion Food Truck Frenzy on Wednesdays! Starting the end of June we will be setting up at the Frankfort Farmers Market on Saturdays. We will also be selling our goods through the Taste of NY program at The Mohawk Valley Welcome Center on the NYS Thruway! We appreciate everyone that has taken time to stop into Renewed and Rescued as well as The Food Truck Frenzy and bought some of our baked goods! We also offer private orders as well! Stop into Renewed and Rescued some day or stop by one of the markets when we are set up!

Please stop by until 4:30pm 😊 Sorry we are putting out late at the market we have been super busy also doing the food truck frenzy. Baked goods should be out by 2:30-3pm. If you can’t stop today stop by tomorrow 10am-4:30pm 😊

Lots of good thing’s going on for us! We will be setting up Wednesdays 4-8 at the Ilion food truck frenzy starting next week, we will be setting up every Saturday from 9-12 at the Frankfort farmers market starting June 27, we will be starting to sell our baked goods at The Welcome Center on the thruway through Taste of NY! We are very excited! Look out for us at these events 😊
