We're thrilled to announce the return of the Cunningham Peach Truck for another year of bringing fresh, delicious peaches and other goodies straight to your area! It's been a Cunningham tradition for over 50 years, and we can't wait to see you all again.

🍑This Year's Harvest🍑
We once again battled frost several times this winter and spring, but the temperatures held right at the edge, allowing most of our peaches to survive. Sadly, some of our dear friends upcountry, about an hour from here, lost 100% of their crops during those same storms. This makes us especially grateful for this near-full crop that we're blessed to care for and share with you all again this year.

🚨Fun Fact🚨
Last year (2025) our spring bloom date was the earliest recorded since the 1930’s, but 2026 was even earlier! This year will be the earliest harvest we’ve ever had!

We're proud to announce that, alongside our famous Cunningham Peaches, we'll once again have a limited supply of delicious jams, jellies, 100% pure Cunningham honey, and that delightful new Peach Salsa that everyone is going crazy for!

Just like always, we'll be operating on a first-come, first-served basis. So mark your calendars and head to the truck on the day we’re in your town. There are no pre-orders for the Cunningham Peach Truck.

In a year of high inflation and most everything costing more, we are happy to share with you that we have decided kept our fruit prices the same as last year. We believe we grow the BEST peaches in the BEST country in the world! 🇺🇸 USA 🇺🇸

#1 Large Peaches (18–20 lb. box): $48–$50 depending on location, includes sales tax
#2 Medium Peaches: $38–$40 per box
We gladly accept cash or check, and can also take credit cards (with a 2% processing fee).

The Sugarland Mall Grill will be closed starting Friday, July 3, and throughout next week so our staff can enjoy a well-deserved break and celebrate Independence Day with their families.

We will reopen on Monday, July 13, with take-out and DoorDash while a few of our team members are still out of town.

Thank you for your continued support and understanding. We wish everyone a safe, happy, and wonderful holiday, and we look forward to serving you again soon!

Here’s another to keep you drooling 🤤! Our Bull burger (8oz patty) with cheese, all the fixings and added jalapeños!

This week we will be closed on Fri 7/3 to celebrate Independence Day! We will be closed next week for our staff to spend time with family during summer. Come and get your burger and sandwich fix before we close next week!

Our customers sure have excellent tastebuds! This is our ranch grilled chicken breast sandwich and they have topped it with bacon, grilled jalapeños and onions! At the Grill we have delicious add-one you can spice up your hamburger and sandwiches!
