Just an update as to what happened yesterday…
The first two buildings closest to Arch Street in Hope Valley have been experiencing surges and outages the last few months due to transformers. (I’m uncertain if they were faulty or just too small.)
Entergy was in the process of scheduling a controlled time to repair/replace said transformers. The transformer/s decided the time was yesterday.
What started as two buildings being without power resulted in all four buildings being without temporarily. They had to turn them all off to safety connect.
The good news, ALL IS WELL and we are all up and running again!
Oh, I’m not an electrician so my terminology might be skewed! Forgive me! 🤷‍♀️
I’m sure I can say, from ALL of us at Hope Vally, we apologize for any and all inconveniences this has caused.

Due to a power outage in the first two buildings, we will be closed the rest of the day. Larry’s Pizza is drive thru only. The laundromat, library, Thrift it Out, Gym, etc. is still open.

Due to forecast, we will be closed Thursday. Everyone stock up and stay warm! I believe it will start between 11am and noon. Don't wait til last minute to grab your essentials! Hope to see you Friday!
