My passion for baking and cooking was sparked by endless hours of watching my Grandmother. I always had the desire to learn cake decorating and finally talked my sister into taking a class with me, which also gave us many hours of wonderful "Sister time". I love to take an idea and bring it to life. I tell my customers I don't want my cakes to just look awesome, but taste AWESOME! It really doesn't matter how great it looks, if it doesn't taste great! I enjoy seeing the bright eyes of a child as they see their cake for the first time or the surprise on the face of a wife by a surprise cake her husband for her. I try to personally thank all my customers for the opportunity to share their special occasion!

Raspberry filled Vanilla cake in colors of Crimson red and black with lots of buttercream ruffles and piping along with black roses. Been doing a cake every year for this young lady since she turned 8 years old. Also did her cake for her baptism. Looking forward to her graduation cake in May.

Busy week kicked my behind but I did it and happy with everything that went out the door! Started out with 2 dozen cinnamon rolls for the DAISY award presentation at work. Cinnamon rolls are kind of a necessary refreshment at the presentation. If you are curious why look into the meaning and purpose of the DAISY award for nursing. So glad I still work alongside April with a lot of things like this.

Can’t believe this young man is 18! Seems like not long ago his momma was pregnant with him and would come have lunch with her momma and me at the hospital. He has such a beautiful soul and he lights up the room with his smile. The world is a better place with Jaden in it!
