A few new additions to the menu...

You can now add our delicious fire roasted meatballs to your pizza. I had one today and my oh my did it hit the spot at 10am.

New burrata on the menu now too. This has our creamy burrata paired with a panzanella salad made with greens, kalamata olives, oven baked pita, chick beans, basil, pickled red onion and roasted beets. All dressed with extra virgin olive oil, Sicilian oregano and Italian red w**e vinegar.

Open everyday at 4pm. Order online for pickup or delivery, phone it in or drop on by. See you soon!

Introducing this weesk special pie!

- Start with a dough ball lightly floured.
- Stretch it to 12"
- Generous amount of extra virgin olive oil
- Add a dash of Sicilain oregano, chili flake & fresh garlic
- top with fontina cheese and roasted Roman artichokes.
- Bake until awesome

This is the White pie version. Its also available as a red sauce pie.

Open at 4 everyday. Order online, by phone or in person while sipping some suds.

You may have noticed when you order online or call in you have a choice to have your pizza "cut" or "un-cut". Why is that you may ask? I have the answer.

Take out pizza is great and convenient. When it leaves the shop, either in your hands or a delivery drivers, it starts to cool down.

- CUT- Cutting pizza right when it comes out of the oven makes it not as awesome as it should be. It gets soggy as the cheese melts together and the sauce runs into the cut sections of the pie. It is convenient and we get that. Its just not ideal in maintaining quality.

- UNCUT- Getting a whole unsliced pie is great in maintaining the integrity of your pizza. While it will steam in the box as it's traveling to its final destination...You can take the whole thing out of the box and reheat it in your oven @450 for 2-3 minutes and you will notice the difference.

We totally get that everyone is busy and convenience is good. That's why we're here! But if you have the time try it uncut and reheat it when you get home. We know you will be pleased with the results.
