To close out the year, we had the incredible honor of catering the annual holiday meal for the hardworking HCA hospital staff. Thank you to our entire catering staff for making this event and all of our other events such a success!

Everybody knows our brisket is unbeatable, but have you tried our Rope Sausage? It’s made Texas style with a hint of maple and mild spices. It’s delicious by itself, on a sandwich, or as an appetizer to upgrade any charcuterie board.
