This week we’re celebrating one of the sweetest members of our team—literally! 💕
Happy belated birthday to Bri! Last Thursday we got to celebrate another year of one of the kindest, sweetest people you’ll ever meet. Watching Bria grow here at Garnish has been such a joy, and we’re so grateful to have her as part of our team.
In almost 2 years, she’s become our unofficial pastry chef, and if you’ve ever found yourself drooling over one of the beautiful desserts on our feed, there’s a very good chance you have Bri to thank! From elegant pastries to decadent desserts, she puts so much care and creativity into every sweet treat she makes.
Bri, thank you for sharing your talent, your kindness, and your positive energy with us every day. We can’t wait to see all the incredible things you’ll continue to create. 💛

Since 2018, Nathaniel Williams has been an essential part of the Garnish team. From crushing it in the kitchen to stepping behind the bar when needed, Nathaniel brings energy, talent, and plenty of laughs wherever he goes.

As our Executive Sous Chef, Nate has a hand in nearly every dish that leaves our kitchen. While many know him as our Charcuterie King, those who work alongside him know he’s much more than that. His quick wit, larger-than-life personality, and hilarious sense of humor keep our team smiling and on their toes every day.

We’re incredibly grateful for all that Nate brings to Garnish—his dedication, creativity, and the positive spirit he shares with our staff and clients alike.
And as Nate always says, “If I’m lying, I’m flying.” ✈️😂

Throwing it back to this summer soirée for Performance Food Group Virginia where we went full cowboy mode featuring a whole pig roast, a build your own mac and cheese bar, and a spread of smoky meats and fresh salads that kept everyone coming back for seconds and thirds
