This is where it all starts.

Our dough process is what separates us from most other pizza shops. We prep it at least two-three days before services EVERY week to let it ferment, which is what gives each bite that light but crispy texture.

We take pride in what we do, and it all starts with the humble dough ball.

A Friday double-header and a fall festival to close out the week.

Friday night we're at The Preserve at Bell Pointe in Lebanon, and Sunday we're slinging pies at the Three Oaks Fall Festival in Gallatin.
