Hey Y’all

So there have been questions and we need to CLARIFY!!

Tomorrow, Saturday Oct 17th we are having an ALL YOU CAN EAT day! We DO NOT have a buffet bar, so we may have worded it incorrectly. It will be counter service and all you can eat from selections on the “All you can eat” menu, served by us. If you want more, come back to the counter and get more! 
Adults $24.95. Under 12, $14.95.
Drinks are NOT included.

Hope to see y’all Saturday! And this is a test. It’s a trial run and we will see how it goes as to whether we do it again.!

Today we will have fried catfish Poboy, chicken and sausage jambalaya, chicken and sausage gumbo, and George is making a special ….
Red beans and rice with sausage served with a fried catfish fillet.

Open from 11-2pm and 5-8pm with this menu….

We are ready to share SOME news….
(More to come in the next couple weeks)

Beginning this Saturday Oct 17th at 11am we will be offering an all-you-can-eat CAJUN BUFFET!!!! $24.95 for adults $14.95 for kids under 12 years old. This will go on until 2pm or until we sell out. Limited quantities!! We will reopen at 5pm and run this again until 8pm or until it’s gone!!

On the menu will be:

Smothered Cabbage with Smoked Sausage
Chicken and Sausage Gumbo
Crawfish Etouffee’
Cajun Dirty Rice
Smothered Green Beans with Sausage & Potatoes
Chicken and Sausage Spaghetti
Corn soup
Broccoli and Cheese Soup

Soooo….George did his thing (Alligator Sauce Piquant) and walked away with the 3rd place trophy in the commercial chefs division!!! What an amazing event with great fun and great people!!!

Heads up guys!!!

Adairs will be CLOSED Sunday October 11th.
George and I are going head to head in a Cajun Cookoff Competition in Asheville to support Asheville Mardi Gras! Yall come out and support ME…(or him…LOL).

The event is held at The Funkatorium in Asheville from 2pm until 5pm. Yall get your tickets and come try some Cajun food cooked by some amazing professional and amateur chefs!!

And vote for me!!!

Happy Hump dayyyyy yall

Today we have shrimp and sausage poboys with fries ONLY!! 11-2pm

We are prepping for our special tonight!!!

Tonight for dinner from 5-8 we will have crawfish fettuccini, homemade spaghetti with ground meat and smoked sausage. Gumbo and jambalaya as well!!! And boudin!!

Today we are accomodating the festival goers and we have cups of gumbo, red beans, etouffee and jambalaya! (NO PO- BOYS today)
