Soft Opening Update

We want to take a moment to thank everyone who joined us this past weekend! We were incredibly grateful to see so many familiar faces, as well as so many new ones, and we’re beyond happy with the support we’ve received.

This weekend was our secret soft opening, giving our team the opportunity to train, learn the restaurant, and build chemistry with one another. We were fortunate enough to be full every day, which was amazing, but it also made it very clear that we still have some important sorting out to do in both our kitchen and front-of-house (server) teams. We are actively working on tightening up our systems, improving communication, and making sure everything runs smoothly so we can consistently deliver the experience you deserve.

On top of that, you all loved some of our food so much that we actually sold out of several items, something that has never happened to us before. While we are incredibly grateful and excited by that response, it also showed us where we need to better prepare and adjust our kitchen operations moving forward.

With that being said, unfortunately we will continue with a limited menu, and we will be extending our soft opening throughout this new week while our staff receives additional training and becomes more comfortable working together.

We truly appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding as we continue improving and getting everything running smoothly. Your support means more to us than we can put into words.

We’re so excited to welcome you back and to continue growing together. Thank you for being part of the beginning of our journey!
