We’ve been keeping a little coffee secret… and today, we finally get to share it! 👀☕️

Starting THIS SATURDAY, The Sour Apple is officially partnering with **Obsessive Coffee Disorder**, a LOCAL coffee roaster based right here in Hendersonville, TN! ❤️

And when we say this one is special… it really is. 🥹

A couple of years ago, we met Adam and his amazing team behind Obsessive Coffee Disorder at a local market where we were both vendors. I remember trying their coffee and thinking:

**“One day, when we get to the point where we can choose the coffee we REALLY want to serve… it’s going to be theirs.”**

Well friends…

**TODAY IS THAT DAY.** 🥹☕️🎉

Starting Saturday, we will be using **Obsessive Coffee Disorder beans EXCLUSIVELY in all of our coffee drinks!**

That means every cold brew, latte, espresso drink, and all the delicious coffee creations coming out of The Sour Apple will be made with their locally roasted beans. ❤️

We’ve grown A LOT since that first market, and being able to partner with another local business that we genuinely love makes this milestone even sweeter.

The roastery is officially open.

After months of planning, building, and roasting a whole lot of coffee, our Hendersonville roastery has been up and running for about a month and now we're ready to invite you in.

Visits are by appointment for the moment but we have bigger plans for the space than roasting coffee behind closed doors. Pour-over classes? Guided tastings? Brewing workshops? Learning why coffees taste the way they do?

Before we build out a calendar we want to hear from you. What would you actually want to come and do at the roastery?
- a beginner brewing class
- a tasting night
- an espresso workshop
- something completely different?
