Las Vegas Weekly “There’s an old saying about dining out: Never order something you can make at home. 🍽️ At Hayworth, Chef Alex Reznik makes that rule obsolete. There’s no universe in which this menu exists outside of the Bravo Top Chef and Food Network alum’s heart. It’s a love letter to his personal lore—growing up in Jewish households, working in French restaurants in Los Angeles & Las Vegas and kosher kitchens on the west to east coast—and it’s exactly what Henderson deserves!!!

🔥 Everything is cooked over live fire
🐟 We had fire roasted scallops, burrata, roasted beets, cavatelli pasta, charred cabbage, sweet potato with toasted marshmallows, whole roasted branzino, Caesar salad, and market greens
🍰 Four desserts including honey cake, bird’s milk cake, chocolate babka, and sticky plum pudding
🍹 Cocktail program run by the inventor of the Trinidad Sour, a drink that ended up on menus around the world

Truly a pleasure and grateful for the visit Mr John Curtas Principessa Ash Watkins &

Holy Alex Reznik ! Hayworth finally gives this food forsaken place a topflight (Eastern European-influenced) steakhouse to call its own.
FYI: We never got to the steaks, but everything we tried — from the beef 🥩 tongue 👅 agnolotti to the sablefish to the pastrami — was packed with grenades of flavor, and nary a boring bite.
Just ask the Hamburgesa Principessa — who inhaled her challa-bunned 🍔 in a Hendertucky heartbeat. 🤣
