T-Mobile Arena and SMKD BBQ Partner to Bring Signature Barbecue to Arena!
New Venue Partnership Brings SMKD BBQ Smoke-First Flavors and Dedicated Game-Day Vegas Golden Knights Menu to Eventgoers T-Mobile Arena while putting a Bigger Spotlight on the Henderson Restaurant's Signature Sandwiches.
"We wanted the arena menu to feel like SMKD from the first bite," said Chef Alex Reznik. "Big smoke, big flavor, food you actually want on game day. The Power Play is exactly that - brisket and pulled pork smashed together until the edges caramelize, then cheese, crispy onions, pickles and BBQ aioli. It's messy in the right way!"
For Reznik, the sponsorship with T-Mobile Arena is a major milestone for a restaurant that opened in Henderson less than a year ago!
"SMKD was built for our Henderson community, and that will always be home," Reznik said. "Getting to bring the brand to T-Mobile Arena and put it in front of people from all over Visit Las Vegas and around the world is huge for us. We're just getting started."
