Our founder Salvatore Durazzo immigrated to New York from Naples, Italy in 1955 at the age of 13. He served pizza in Brooklyn, NY until 1984.

Seven years later he began working at Lenny's Pizza in Brooklyn. Over the next 2 years Sal implemented his grandmother's recipes and took over Lenny's Pizza as owner. Later that year he moved his family cross country to Las Vegas. He bought into the Villa Pizza franchise where he and his son Mike worked for 25 years. Needing a change, Sal decided to branch out on his own. Armed with his grandmothe

r's recipes he and Mike opened Sal's Pizza. As a staple in Henderson for 5 years, Sal and his son Mike continued to make New York Style pizza and other Italian delicacies. Our goal at Sal's Pizza is to provide the freshest product by using the best ingredients available. Sal's motto is "Great Italian food made by New York Italians". Buon Appetito!!!
