The Lost Weekend Bar A modern day speakeasy, intimate , great food, drinks, service! Italian Happy Hour 4-7 . Relocating The year was 1946. It was a Saturday in May. His name is Frank.

Four young men from South Ozone Park, Queens, took in a Yankee game. On their way home, they stopped at the local pool hall. A photo was taken that would be talked about decades later. The Lost Weekend has been replicated as a part of Annie's Gourmet Italian Restaurant. A private, speakeasy, where you can enjoy your favorite drink, ball game, play some video poker, and have dinner. ike no other, The friendly service, New York Italian style food, made by the wife and daughter of the man in that 1946 photo.. And you can catch him in the Lost Weeekend from time to time, watching the races at Belmont, or of course, his favorite teams. Take a guess at who they are....stop in and enjoy...you will become a regular.
