Greetings Friends! This page has been a long time coming and it gives me great pleasure to tell you a bit about myself, and invite you ALL to support me and the community by attending the* VeganSauce* Menu Release Party and Tasting event this upcoming Thursday evening at Sauce Italian American Bistro. For those who don't know, I am a passionate Vegan, chef, and aspiring entrepreneur who has been w
orking with this restaurant for over a year now. I have long-since realized the potential within myself and the restaurant to reach new levels of success and greatness through the addition and promotion of "veganized" versions of exceptional Italian Cuisine. The owner, who's lifestyle does not necessarily align with mine, has opened up his heart as well as his business to me, granting full backing and support for the addition of a specialized vegan menu. I am presently taking this task very seriously, and hope that as many of you as possible can help to make this awesome change super-impactful to this company and community. I must humbly admit, that in the history of this restaurant's existence, business has not been as great as it's inherent potential; especially given the great quality of food, accessibility, architectural appeal, and feedback of guests that have dined with us. Location does have a lot to do with that, however, I feel things are about to change! I strongly feel that by welcoming and appealing more specifically to the "Veg crowd", that we are adding a missing link to this company's success. I most humbly ask all of you, fellow vegans, non-vegans, and the curious alike to help make an impact in the name of Love and Great Food!
