Sent Ronaldo a voice message about the loss. Haven’t heard back.

Doesn’t matter. The dough’s been rising since last night either way.

Arz opens August 1st in Helotes. Manaqesh off the oven, fukhar eggs until they sell out, fresh bread every morning. Halal, no shortcuts.

Tuesday through Sunday, mornings only. If he shows up, we’ll save him a seat.

Arz. A real Lebanese breakfast, opening in Helotes in August.
Manakish blistered dark on the edge. Eggs baked in clay. Ful simmered since last night. Ka'ak split and stuffed hot. Falafel fried fresh, never before.

Come early. The fukhar eggs will be gone by eleven.
