Now Hiring - for an Assistant General Manager for our Helena location. We are now accepting applications for this high volume, family friendly restaurant located in Helena Montana, where it all began. Candidates must have open availability for all shifts. Responsibilities include: hiring, training, and disciplinary actions as needed. Candidates must follow written recipes, and execute the menu to restaurant standards. The Assistant General Manager is responsible for all daily activities within the restaurant, including scheduling, adjusting staffing levels and cooking when the General Manager is off. The AGM is responsible for daily bank deposits and all cash responsibilities during their shift. The AGM must help meet or exceed daily, monthly, and yearly labor numbers, and help maintain proper food cost.
