Five years. 💟

Honestly, it’s hard to believe Scotty’s has been serving treats for five whole years.

Looking back, it’s been one wild roller coaster full of highs, lows, celebrations, setbacks, and more lessons than I could ever count. What most people see is the fun stuff, the treats, the events, the smiles, and the memories. What they don’t see are the countless behind the scenes challenges. If there has ever been a .00001% chance that something could go wrong, I can promise you it probably has happened at some point.

Through it all, I’ve gained something I never expected: the ability to solve problems and keep moving forward. Maybe that comes from being too stubborn to quit.

Yesterday reminded me just how grateful I am for every person who has supported Scotty’s over the years. To everyone who showed up, shared a post, told a friend, booked us for an event, bought a treat, or simply cheered us on, thank you. I notice it, and I appreciate it more than you know. Seeing so many familiar faces yesterday was a reminder of how blessed we are to have a community that continues to support us year after year.

The truth is, this last year has been one of the most challenging years we’ve faced. We’ve been presented with opportunities, risks, and decisions that could shape the future of Scotty’s in a big way. Right now, we’re making some big bets on the future. The reality is that every big opportunity comes with the possibility of failure. There are no guarantees, and that’s both exciting and terrifying when you’ve poured so much of your heart into something.

We’re standing at a crossroads, making decisions that could take Scotty’s to places I’ve always dreamed of or teach us some very expensive lessons. But if these last five years have taught me anything, it’s that growth rarely happens by playing it safe. I’d rather take a chance on building something bigger than spend my life wondering what could have been.

No matter what the future holds, I can honestly say this business has changed my life. It has challenged me, humbled me, stretched me, and introduced me to so many incredible people along the way.

So today, I’m just thankful. Thankful for five years. Thankful for every customer, every supporter, every employee, every event organizer, every friend, and every family member who has helped make this journey possible.

Here’s to five SWEET years of Scotty’s and whatever comes next. 🫶🏻

Be sure to arrive early—the food trucks have a reputation for selling out every year!

The fun doesn’t stop with the food! We’ll have FREE inflatables all day, a train ride for the kids, and plenty of activities for the whole family. We’re also excited to welcome Enid Axe Throwing, where you can test your skills for just $5 for 5 throws and even have a chance to win a T-shirt!

And for one of our biggest new attractions this year, get ready for a PBR-style mechanical bull! 🤠 We can’t wait to see who can hang on the longest.

Of course, Scotty’s Treats will be there serving all your favorite drinks and sweet treats, and we may even have a few special surprises on the menu. 👀🍋🍧
