Have you ever walked into Q’Paso and thought… this place has a food truck vibe? 🌴🌮

There’s a reason for that.

Q’Paso started as a food truck — a small kitchen, a big dream, and a love for serving up fresh Latin food without all the fuss.

When we moved into our restaurant, we wanted to keep some of what made those food truck days special: order at the window, grab your food, find a seat, relax, and enjoy. Good food, casual atmosphere, good music, and no need to make things complicated.

We may have traded the wheels for walls, but that food truck spirit is still a big part of who we are today.

So if you’ve ever felt those food truck vibes while hanging out at Q’Paso… now you know why. ❤️
