Hello Everyone,
I know it has been quite some time since we last posted. There were a lot of details to sort out. A lot of emails, phone calls and prayers led us to this decision. As you know, we had a devastating fire at Legends on August 2nd. Since then, we have been dealing with insurance companies, lawyers and appraisers. Unfortunately, the amount we were offered to “fix” Legends was barely enough to cover a new oven. As a food establishment, I was not willing to compromise the safety of our customers’ meals with only exterior cleaning rather than a complete new construction. This unfortunately meant we had no choice but to sell the building. As of now we have no plans to reopen but will still offer a limited menu at the Gratz Fair Stand. This year it will run from September 13th through September 19th. We are just as devastated as everyone who has reached out to us and did not take this decision lightly. Thank you once again for all your support and I hope we made a difference in the community.
