Chef Billy Klaser began his career with a three year apprenticeship at the famed Breakers Resort in Palm Beach, Florida. he served as a sous chef for the breakers for an additional three years. He then returned to his native Arkansas as Executive Chef at the Country Club of Little Rock followed by Food and Beverage Manager at Lake Village Country Club and later an Executive Chef and Club Manager a

t Walnut Lake Country Club. Café Klaser opened in the "little green house" in downtown Heber Springs in 1998. LB has worked by his fathers side from the beginning mastering his own techniques and recently adding his own creations to the menu. Daughter Ellie is involved as a hostess and "artist in residence". Café Klaser's present location , overlooking the Little Red River opened in August 2003. The Klaser family and staff welcome you to café Klaser and hope you enjoy your dining experience.
