Red Apple Tidbits- A slice of what’s going on!

This week we welcome ASGA ladies for a golf scramble on the 16th Wednesday was a practice round- course is closed the 16th. Busy this weekend with family reunions and groups but no closures in dining room so come dine in because next Saturday the 25th it is closed!

Closures and upcoming events: Golf Course Closed July 16, 24-26 (Main dining room closed Saturday 25 – Garden Room for walk-ins) for tournaments, August 1, 25, 26, 27 for tournaments and Main Dining Room closed August 25, 26 and 27th-walkins that weekend are in the Garden Room

Friday Night Special: Italian Nachos, Egg Roll Chips, Alfredo Sauce and Crispy Prosciutto.

Pro Shop is open 7 days a week 8-6 (Summer Hours). Call direct at 501-362-3131 to set up tee time or email [email protected] Also, reserve tennis courts or pickleball courts through the PRO SHOP.

Current dining hours until Labor Day 2026: Breakfast 7-10:30 7 days; Lunch 12-2:00- 7 days until Labor Day; Dinner Monday-Saturday 6:00-9:00; Bar* Monday-Saturday 5:00- until? *Must be member or guest to purchase alcohol. ALL to go orders MUST be placed 15 minutes prior to posted closing times.

Fitness center* is open daily 5:00 am – 10:00- pm for members and registered hotel guests.

America’s 250th birthday is now a part of history as we look to another 250 years! Thank you to all the 4th of July golf cart parade participates and judges Rex and Melissa Nelson for making this year’s parade particularly spectacular!

Closures and upcoming events: Golf Course Closed July 16, 25 and 27 for tournaments, August 1, 25, 26, 27 for tournaments and Main Dining Room closed those dates as well.

Friday Night Special: Chipotle Cherry Chicken-Chipotle Cherry Glazed Chicken Thighs with Citrus Wild Rice, Mini Fondant Potatoes and Pan-Seared Broccolini. $26.95.

The Spirit of 1776 was alive and well on Eden Isle this morning as once again our members and residents put on a real show for the our 4th of July golf cart parade competition! Judges Rex and Melissa Nelson were blown away with each carts creativity! They said it was really hard to choose winners but here they are and Dylan got to give away a special Grand Marshal’s Trophy for the cart with the most SPIRIT! Thank you to all of the participants, Rex and Melissa for judging plus David and Dylan for steering the parade!
Best cart using theme was-1st place White Family; 2nd place Pike Family;3rd place-Carter Family.
Best Historical Re-Enactment-1st place- Schuchard Family; 2nd place-Crosby Family; 3rd place Spain Family.
Best Historical Figure-1st place-Dow Family; 2nd Place Otten Family; 3rd place-Jones Family.
Best Historical Costume-1st place Wright Family; 2nd place-Proctor Family; 3rd place-Douglas Family.
Judges Choice went to the Ginger White Family.
Dylan gave his award to Keith Hendrix. Congratulations to everyone!

Red Apple Tidbits- A slice of what’s going on!

4th of July holiday weekend is here! America's 250th Birthday celebration begins! Since most of our guests will check in today, Thursday, July 2nd we have planned a big BBQ Dinner BUFFET for dining in and a special TO GO menu for that night as well-see previous post for all of the details! Also, we have s specialty Breakfast Buffets Friday, Saturday and Sunday of the holiday-with different items each morning-no menu for breakfast those days. Restaurant and bar are CLOSED Sunday night.

Rex Nelson and his lovely wife Melissa will be the honorary judges for the 4th of July Golf Cart this year. If anyone wants to view the parade, here is route: Leaving from Jackson Park after the preliminary judging at 9:30-to Eagle Watch so judges can get back to the breezeway, then carts go thru parking lot twice for judging then David and Dylan will lead the carts down Birchbrook, zig to Stony Ridge and make the loop back, then take Birchbrook down tot Sugar Maple to Ridge Road go around Rock Ledge to Ridge Road back to Sugar Maple to Club Road and back to the Red Apple Inn for the awards ceremony.

4th of July week has begun and we're getting ready to party like it's 1776! Thursday night we will have a special holiday dinner buffet (ONLY-NO MENU) and a special TO GO menu see below. This is only Thursday, as dinner Friday and Saturday will be menu. (Restaurant and bar are NOT open Sunday night) Then on Friday, Saturday and Sunday mornings we'll have special and different breakfast buffets-no menus. Lunch each day is menu-12:00-2:00
